My project

My project started from my own experience while living abroad:
 
I wanted language learning to be efficient and flexible — no scheduled classes, just anytime, anywhere.
But I struggled to find speaking partners and the right materials that actually helped me improve. 

My vision

As an Austrian German teacher, I want to offer meaningful, flexible German courses that reflect the rich variety of how German is spoken across different regions.

And because language is all about connection, this platform is growing beyond German: together with experienced native speakers, I’m excited to offer Swahili courses as well — creating space for authentic voices and intercultural exchange.

In the long run, I hope to build a global network of passionate language teachers, bringing underrepresented languages to the forefront.

My story

I’ve spent many years living abroad, teaching German in a variety of cultural and educational contexts — and learning just as much from my students as they did from me. 

Now, I want to take everything I’ve learned over the past years — through teaching and learning languages myself — and make it accessible to a wider audience. 

About me

I’m Caroline – 35, Austrian, with a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s degree in German Studies.

I love traveling, hiking, skiing, and (of course) learning languages myself. My all-time favorite animals are donkeys <3
